My order arrived beautifully and carefully wrapped and is just what I wanted. I did request a delay in sending as we were away so it was logged onto the system , but the packers ignored this. It meant the post office hanging onto it for 4 days which they did . The customer team responded well to emails and were really polite . I would recommend Havens .Thankyou very much .
