Arthur Price Signature Echo Fish Fork

The quality and finish of the fork was excellent. However, when one came to use the fork on such a delicate food as fish, I felt that it was far too heavy and because of the very slim handle, the head would often turn in your hand. This on occasions made the picking up of food difficult.
Perhaps if the fork were to be made lighter, with a wider handle, this would solve the problem.
