There was 1 review on these when I bought them, and someone going on about how they were easily damages. That is not the case. These are top quality, fine in the dishwasher, and can withstand the odd knock. First class style as you would expect from Villeroy & Boch.

Ordering, delivery and product all were excellent. One of the glasses and handel I recieved was unfortunately scratched so phone immediately to report the problem. I spoke with a lovely but professional advisor who assured me a replacement would be on it's way to me. She was certainly true to her word and it arrived the following day. I have not received customer service like this before anywhere, therefore I would not hesitate to recommend.

Sorry but all these glasses broke far far to easily ....................................................................................... Dear Mr Brignell, Many thanks for your product review and I am concerned that the glass is breaking far too easily. We sell many of these latte glasses as do Villeroy and Boch and have not experienced any issues with them breaking in normal use. They can be removed from the container and put in the dishwasher and glass replacements can be purchased. If you feel that the glass is breaking under reasonable usage please could you advise me and I will take the issue up with Villeroy and Boch and organise replacements. Kind regards, Nigel Havens
