Royal Doulton Gordon Ramsay Maze White Plate 28cm - DELIVERY JUNE

Received parcel-all products intact & were well wrapped. Had a very long wait for the order though.

I needed to replace on plate & bowl I had broken. I did have to wait some time but my order was fulfilled as soon as they had the stock in .
Very helpful and kept me posted about the delivery process.

The plates took 3 months to arrive, the website did not state that the plates were not in stock, I was never informed they were not in stock until I called a month and a half after the order to enquire where the were; I was then told they were on back order with the supplier. At no stage did they attempt to inform me of this delay before my phone call. They promised it would arrive before the end of February, but it eventually arrived near the end of March. I will not be rushing back to use this company again
