We want to assure you that all of our products—including the glassware you received—come directly from our supplier and are never used or previously handled beyond standard quality checks. The water marks you mentioned are often the result of condensation or residue from the final rinse during manufacturing and packaging. They can occasionally appear if the glasses aren't thoroughly dried before sealing, and we sincerely apologize if this gave the wrong impression.
