OUR SERVICE AND RETURNS: Order Support and Returns, Refund Information
Standard Delivery: FREE for all orders over £75.00 being delivered to an address within mainland UK (see exceptions below). Orders under £75.00 standard rate of £5.50. Delivery up to 5 working days.
With the exception of orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and UK offshore Islands and Northern Ireland select the destination in the Country drop down menu at the check out and the cost of despatch will be calculated.
Below are our current Priority Delivery Options. Paying for Priority Delivery ensures that your order goes to the front of the queue in our processing and despatch department, particularly at busy times.The Goods will leave us, unless you are advised that your order is out of stock, in time to meet the priority delivery. We are then in the hands of the courier to meet their target too but we cannot be held responsible if they do not, which is rare but has been known to happen!
Next Day: £8.50 for all orders placed before 12pm the previous working day delivered within mainland UK. Orders placed on Friday before 12.00pm will be delivered Monday. Orders placed after 12.00 noon on Friday and on Saturday or Sunday will be collected by the couriers on Monday and delivered Tuesday. We will always do our very best to meet your requests.
Next Day Before Midday
Next Day Before Midday : £17.50 for all orders being placed before 12.00pm on the previous working day delivered within mainland UK. Orders placed on Friday before 12.00pm will be delivered Monday before Midday. Orders placed after 12.00 noon on Friday and on Saturday or Sunday will be collected by the couriers on Monday and delivered Tuesday before Midday.
Saturday Morning Before Midday
Saturday Morning Before Midday : £19.50 for all orders being delivered within mainland UK. placed before 12.00pm on Friday preceding. Please note this service, whilst 95% reliable, has little leeway as our Couriers offices are only open for part of the day to deal with any issues. If your order is urgent we would suggest you order in time to have delivered Friday if at all possible.
Making Deliveries Easier:
In an effort to make receiving your goods easier we give you the opportunity to have your goods delivered and signed for at an alternative address like Work, Next Door or a Relative or Friend. There is also a Special Instructions Box where you can nominate a Safe Leaving place for an unsigned parcel. This instruction is at your own risk and needs to be somewhere that is safe.
Goods normally require a signature unless you specify at your risk safe "if out instructions". If there is no one in to receive the Goods the carrier will leave a card. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to rearrange delivery. If the goods are returned to us you will incur a £10.00 charge plus a £5.50 redelivery charge. Redirected goods can also incur a £4.95 charge. Cancellation of an order following a failed delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking Fee.
Overseas Delivery and Terms:
We send goods all around the World. The cost is based on the weight of the Goods and Volumetric size. Select the destination in the Country drop down menu at the check out and the cost of despatch will be calculated. We reserve the right to amend charges or not send goods where the cost in sending is prohibitive or where we consider the goods unlikely to make safe passage. You will be notified in advance of any issues.
The sending of certain goods is also prohibited in most countries. Alcohol being a main issue and all goods containing alcohol cannot be sent overseas.
Deliveries to most European destinations allow 2 to 3 days, United States and Canada 2 to 3 days, Australia 3 to 5 days. Delivery can be delayed to remote areas or by local Customs officials.
Those Countries that are exempt from our UK VAT Tax currently 20% will have the Tax element deducted from the final amount payable. We cannot be held responsible for any duty payable at the delivery destination. Customs rules and their application by Local Customs Officials can be unpredictable and from time to time they make an import duty demand, this is entirely your responsibility.
Orders are charged to your payment card in UK Pounds and will appear on your account in your own currency.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES 2017
We cannot Guarantee Orders that are in stock placed after Wednesday 20th December 2017 arriving in time for Christmas – even priority paid orders. We will be working all hours to get any back log out and will do all we can to clear orders in time for Christmas but we can make no Promises.
The last day we can receive orders for delivery before Christmas is Thursday 21st December at 12.00pmIf we have the goods in stock then the order will be collected by our couriers and delivery will be attempted on Friday 22nd December. It is possible that the couriers will deliver on Saturday 23rd December but experience tells us this is unreliable!
Highlands and Islands Postcodes latest ordering is Tuesday 19th December for
delivery on either Thursday 21st or Friday 22nd December.
Priority delivery means that in stock goods will leave us in time for the priority delivery - we are then in the hands of the couriers. Whilst over 98% of parcels reach their destination on time, ordering this late is at your risk as it can be fraught with danger, there is no slip time for any delivery issues.

You will be advised by email or telephone of any orders that we cannot fulfil in time for Christmas.
AFTER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR
Our first collection after Christmas is Thursday 28th December, with the first delivery after Christmas on Friday 29th December. Orders placed on Friday 29th December before 1.00pm with the goods in stock, will be delivered on Wednesday 3rd January 2018..
Normal service resumes from Wednesday 3rd January 2018.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- In the unlikely event that you receive an item broken or faulty we will replace it Free of Charge. We may require the item to be photographed and emailed or returned to us and we will refund you the cost incurred. Items broken on arrival must be notified within 3 Days of receipt.
In the event Gifts wrapped by us for Christmas should arrive broken we will extend claims until Friday 5th January 2018.
- If you decide that the Goods are not appropriate you may return them at your cost for a refund on the Goods. The Goods must be returned in perfect resalable condition, including the original Presentation/Gift Boxes where applicable. We reserve the right not to refund or offer a partial refund on returned Goods that do not comply with the above. We normally allow you up to 28 days within which to return items. We are unable to accept returns on Jewellery,Perfumes and Cosmetics, Drinks and Food Gifts.
