Delivery, Postage & Customs
UK Orders
Free Standard Delivery on orders £50 and over (some exclusions apply).
Orders under £50: £5.50 delivery charge.
Next-Day Delivery (UK Only)
Available for items currently in stock.
Order by 1:00 pm, Monday–Thursday → dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm, Monday–Wednesday → dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm Thursday → dispatched the following Monday.
Overseas Orders (Exclusing the US)*
Free Delivery (excluding Channel Islands) on orders over £100 (full UK retail price).
Orders under £100: £12–£20 delivery charge depending on destination.
Channel Islands: £12 for orders under £100.
*Changes in shipping to the US
Due to recent changes in UK–US shipping, all costs will now be calculated per parcel using FedEx.
For orders over £100, the previously waived £20 shipping fee will be deducted from the total shipping cost.
For orders under £100, the £20 shipping charge will also be deducted from the shipment.
Please note that all customs duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We do not part-ship orders — your full order will be dispatched once all items are ready.
If an item is in stock, we aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days.
If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know when ordering.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, FedEx, or DPD (or another suitable courier).

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Additional customs duties or import taxes may be charged on entry into your country.
Goviers and Havens cannot advise on these costs — the recipient is responsible for payment.
Customs inspections may cause delays that are outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy
You may return items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Made-to-order items may be non-returnable — please check with us before returning.
How to Return an Item:
1. Contact Customer Services by phone or email with your order number and contact details.
2. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Unwanted/Undamaged Items → Customer pays return postage and should keep proof of postage. Goviers and Havens are not liable for losses or damage during return transit.
Faulty/Damaged Items → We will provide a prepaid return label. Email info@havens.co.uk for assistance.
Refunds
Processed within 14 working days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged.
Email info@havens.co.uk to arrange an exchange and receive return instructions.
Lost or Undelivered Items
Notify us within 10 working days of dispatch for UK orders, or 30 working days for international orders.
If notification is received after these timeframes, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Please check tracking promptly and contact us immediately with any delivery issues or missing items.
