Outsourced in one of the Dartington Glass overseas partner factories, the glass has a smooth thin rim normally associated with much more expensive hand made crystal glasses.
When on offer it represents really good value for money.

Rather narrower than I expected but a useful size never-the-less
This is the second Box of 6 Highball Tumblers I have purchased this year from Havens. They are very good glasses and excellent price. They have lovely thin rims and not at all heavy, even when full, which is what I like. The service given by Havens is also excellent. Would recommend.

Fast service and good product [Dartington Tumblers] at great prices
Only 4 stars and I will explain. These are supposed to be highball tumblers but they lack height and volume. However with our other Dartington glasses the are perfect mineral water tumblers for the table. Not what I wanted but more than happy to deploy them for a different task. I am sure Nigel will see this comment and will make his own conclusion. Havens are a great reliable company you can trust, that are truly customer focused.
Service and delivery excellent. Unfortunately 2 glasses had blemishes. The remainder were exactly what we wanted. Phoned customer services and they have sent 2 replacements. Again excellent service
These are lovely glasses. I expected them to be a little weighty being tumblers but they are very light with a thin rim. I haven't tried putting them in the dishwasher although it says dishwasher safe.
