Royal Scot London is a traditional hand cut crystal glass range. The crystal is produced in high quality European glass factories which ensures great value for the quality.
From it's launch in 2003 the London range is our best selling presentation boxed Glassware and has an extensive range of items which includes Crystal Decanters and Crystal Giftware.
The London brandy glass is perfect for drinking brandy, cognac, armagnac and other brandy based liqueurs. The rounded bowl fits perfectly into the hand to warm the liquor, bringing it to life.
We also sell a lot of the London loose glasses to quality hotels, bars, offices and Embassies. If you are buying in volume, contact us for a contract quote. firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that as is the case with all glassware there can be very marginal production variances and evidence of tool marks in the manufacture. These are normally only visible on very close inspection and should not affect your overall enjoyment or use of the glass.
Excellent product, price and service as always, including direct delivery to Germany.

One of the glasses had a small flaw but because it was for a wedding present that week I didn't have time to send them back. ........................................................................................... Dear K. D. Many thanks for your comments and Crystal product review. We take all our customer comments seriously and want to ensure that you are entirely happy with your purchase and our service. I am sorry to hear that there was a small flaw in 1 of the glasses. If you are not entirely happy with the quality of the flawed Brandy glass, please let me know and I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Look forward to helping you again in the future, Kind regards, Nigel Havens

Dear Christine, Many thanks for your positive product and service review. However I am concerned that this is overshadowed by the despatch costs to Switzerland. I have therefore personally done some investigating. Firstly to clarify the Vat element was deducted at source by us so no UK tax was paid on the Brandy glasses as Switzerland are not part of the European Union. Price £29.50 you were invoiced £25.10. The cost of despatch to Switzerland through our 2 couriers is within a £1.00 of each other. The basic cost is £21.00 up to 10 kilos and then unfortunately both carriers charge a £25.00 customs clearance charge which is levied by the Swiss Customs making a total of £46.00, we in fact charged you £41.00. Like you I agree that this is unfair and restrictive practice on behalf of the Swiss Customs particularly if they then in turn charge you import duty. This clearly is beyond our control particularly if Switzerland, wisely I must add, stay out of the EU. By comparison the cost to send up to 10kg to France or Germany is £18.00 with no additional charges although UK Vat is payable on the goods. I hope this explains our awkward position but recognize that the customs surcharge which remains the same on any value parcel means that on lesser cost purchases the value is prohibitive. It starts to make better sense on orders over £150 where the Vat saving starts to cover the surcharge. I am sure living in Switzerland has many more positive attributes to compensate for costly customs! Many thanks for giving me the opportunity to explain, Kind regards, Nigel Havens
Royal scot brandy glasses were excellent quality and arrived quickly and very well packed. Enquiries were politely and efficiently dealt with by phone. However, I do feel that £41 for post and packing to Switzerland can hardly be justified as the package was very light. I was told £25 was Customs Duty as Switzerland is outside the EU. We do have a bilateral agreement and the fact that VAT and more import duty is levied by the Customs at this end, means that further orders with Havens will not be an option. Unfortunately, as I have been a local customer for many, many years. Christine Sennhauser
