Founded by Robert Welch and now run by Rupert and Alice his Son and Daughter the Robert Welch Cutlery company has been at the forefront of Cutlery design for over 50 years.

The commitment to style, functionality and usability remain as guiding principles for the Robert Welch design team, just as much today as 50 years ago.

Creating exquisite quality cutlery at good prices is what they are all about and the Radford Satin Cutlery range is one of Robert Welch's best selling Cutlery patterns. Radford is a classic satin finished design which is enhanced by a weighty feel and a very good balance in the hand. It looks just as comfortable as a kitchen everyday set as it does dressed up for fine dining. Good quality designer cutlery is meant to be used for all occasions.

The forks and spoons in the Robert Welch Radford Satin cutlery are made from the highest quality 18/10 stainless steel of 18% chrome and 10% nickel. The knives are made from a single ingot of specially hardened stainless steel to give a fine cutting edge.

Care of your Robert Welch Cutlery
Whilst it is always best to hand wash quality cutlery, Radford can be used in the dishwasher, but take care to rinse off excess food substances before washing and to remove and wipe with a dish cloth once the washing cycle has finished.
It is important to make sure that silver cutlery is not put in the same wash cycle as this can cause a reaction which will leave marks on your cutlery which cannot be removed.

Taking a little bit of care will ensure that your cutlery remains in pristine condition.
