Well this is unprecedented and concerning for all.
Health and well being is the most important aspect of this threat and decisions should always be made with that in mind.
We are a small team here at Havens and are streamlining our work attendance so that we effectively work in shifts with little cross over.
Hopefully whilst we are all bug free this will work fairly seamlessly, though as with everyone this position can change rapidly.
We do still have good stocks of most best selling products and where we are out of stock our suppliers are currently fulfilling orders to us within 10/14 working days if not sooner.
We will email you with an estimated delivery date should we be out of stock of any items.
As always we Do Not Take or Draw Down Any Payment before Your Order is in and Ready to be Despatched to you.
DELIVERIES TO YOU:
Currently we are getting all Urgent Priority Paid orders THAT ARE IN STOCK out on time. We would advise if your order is out of stock with a delivery date so that you can agree to wait or cancel – no payment taken.
Standard Delivery for Items in stock is taking 2/3 working days, again assuming we have the order in stock. If Out of Stock we will email you an estimated delivery date.
Currently our Couriers seem to be carrying on as before.
Whilst under normal circumstances we welcome telephone calls 01702 606 290 we may not have enough hands to answer, so please be patient. If the answer phone is on please leave a Voice Mail we will get back to you.
Normally we will be available 9.00am until 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
