In the latest Government study there is evidence that eating off good quality china plates helps weight loss. The study conducted at the National Institute for Well Being has established that when eating off quality China tableware dinner sets the actual volume of food consumption goes down particularly when eating off a 23cm Plate.
It has also been noted that there is a tendency to eat healthier food which also aids weight control. The research has taken years to conduct and has involved studying the eating habits of thousands of people.
