Overnight and Priority Deliveries December 2010

Clearly everyone is trying to get their orders delivered by Christmas. If you select a Priority delivery and pay for it then this will prioritize your order with us.
If the order is in stock and you have ordered before 12.00 it will leave our store that day with an overnight request to the courier.
What we cannot do is make guarantees on behalf of the couriers. We cannot therefore make any refunds on the delivery element of your order for non delivery at a specified time. The exception to this is if the goods are in and fail to leave us then we will refund the priority differential.
You will know when your order is despatched as we will email you with tracking information. To follow the progress of the consignment you can use the couriers website.
