Completing your Christmas orders is very important to us and we are doing all we can to despatch your goods from us or to advise you of any further delay should you order not be in stock and available to deliver.
When your order is despatched you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can follow it’s progress. Should you be out and you have not given alternative delivery suggestions, you should receive a card from the Courier advising you of your redelivery and collection options.
Inevitably the snow fall this weekend is having an impact on deliveries to you particularly in Scotland. We have Interlink and Fedex coming in twice a day to pick up the orders as Peter Brady and his team pack and despatch your goods.
We along with our delivery partners are doing all we can to try to ensure that your orders get to you on time.
We just cannot make any guarantees.
