Lovely set. Very good value. Excellent service too
Second time I've purchased from Havens & the service is excellent
I was going to get this set of Maxwell and Williams Cashmere bowls and plates shipped from the United States to Hong Kong until I tried Havens. The Havens crockery was actually much cheaper (on sale) than the US stuff. The delivery cost was enormous, but the total worked out marginally cheaper. And, my goodness, the Havens delivery was amazingly fast. My daughter-in-law is delighted with this crockery, to replace items that have got chipped over the years. I wish I could get some individual items to send in future.
I ordered two of these sets and have not been disappointed they are beautiful, simple but elegant. Delivery brilliant came quickly. I will certainly be adding to this set. I am so pleased .
It was entirely my own fault but I failed to check that the bowls in this pack were smaller than the ones I already have to it's a bit of a mismatch. I should have done a bit of measuring before I ordered. Too late now but your service was faultless.

I was very pleased with the customer service and speed of delivery of my order. When the delivery arrived one of the plates had been broken in transit. I immediately rang the shop and was very impressed with their willingness to replace the item asap. A pleasure to do business with. The china is of a good quality and a little classier than a rough everyday white set. I Iike the shape of the cereal bowls which can also be used as soup bowls. I later ordered cups and saucers and large side plates. The cups are a good size for an ample cup of tea and are also a nice shape.
We have been very happy with this set. We like the simple design and the sizes work well as dinner plates, side dish/dessert plates and dessert/cereal bowls. The plates stack quite evenly and we haven't noticed any glazing imperfections, so we think the quality is very good for the price. They have also proven resistant to grey cutlery marks. We were so pleased that we decided to buy another set, which says it all, really.
Bought two of these Cashmere dinner sets and I am delighted with them. Havens staff were most helpful.
