The Royal Worcester factory in Worcester closed in 2009 and Portmeirion plc have purchased the rights to the trade mark Royal Worcester.   Portmeirion are outsourcing from high quality china manufacturers around the world to Royal Worcester's high standards and specifications. The patterns that have been reintroduced in 2010 are Evesham Gold and Premium Fine Bone China patterns Howard Blue, Corinth Platinum, Classic White and Monaco
