We have already received a great deal of interest in the Rolf Harris Diamond Jubilee plate which has clearly received some good PR.
The main interest appears to have come from a TV programme where Rolf Harris examined artists work created for the Queens Diamond Jubilee. In the programme he shows off an 8 foot canvas of Windsor Castle he has crafted and apparently a section of this is to be reproduced on a plate by Aynsley China.
As yet though, Aynsley China are not certain how they are going to fulfill the enquiries and what element should go to Charity.
Production has not yet been committed to either.
Hopefully I will receive a definitive answer in the next few days confirming both delivery and pricing.

Any idea why this happened? I would have thought it would have been a good money earned for the Save the Children charity that I thought proceeds were going to. There will be a lot of disappointed people out there. Myself amongst them! Bad show BBC.
You are right there will be a lot of disappointed people out there. We had to turn away over 300 potential orders.
No specific reason was given by the BBC, clearly it is their right to make that call.
I would not speculate on the rational.
