Queens Diamond Jubilee Gifts Selling Fast

We always thought there would be great interest in the Queens Diamond Jubilee and that the souvenir Gifts and Memorabilia would be popular. We were not wrong and the amount of Commemorative Gifts that we have already sold is true testament to the popularity of our Royal Family and even more significantly of our Queen.

Queen Elizabeth II has ruled this country for 60 years with grace and dignity, overseeing the changing fortunes and challenges that everyday brings. Recognising the need for reform and change is critical for survival and the fact that the Queen has embraced these changes, yet still maintaining an element of tradition and history are fundamental reasons that she is still so loved by the majority of her citizens.

This weekend is the great weekend of Diamond Jubilee celebration. At home, like many others, we are having a Street party on Saturday 2nd June, on Sunday 3rd of June is the floating Pageant on the Thames, with a concert at Buckingham Palace on Monday 4th June. On Tuesday 5th June there is a Service of Thanksgiving at St. Paul’s Cathedral and later in the day a Royal Carriage procession.

The hope is that after a torrid time in news terms and weather wise, the UK can join together as one and lift our national spirits and begin to think and act more positively again.

As far as the Diamond Jubilee Gifts that are selling fast, it is difficult to select just a few. Aynsley China and Royal Worcester China have both sold through well with the Commemorative plates and Jubilee Mugs particularly strong. At the top end Royal Crown Derby Jubilee China has sold well as has the hand crafted Moorcroft Pottery Jubilee Vase.

Whilst we have had a huge surge of Diamond Jubilee orders this week and stock is running low in some areas, we will be receiving more stock and will try to fulfill all orders we receive as quickly as we can so please bear with us.
