I wondered when Royal Worcester would get round to producing a Figurine of the Queen for her Diamond Jubilee and at last a Jubilee figure has now been launched – and very good she looks too.
Royal Worcester China has been commemorating Royal occasions for more than 250 years and the Diamond Jubilee China collection of Mugs, Plates, Tea Cup and Saucer and even a china Limited Edition Tea Caddy have sold very well. They are also very good at designing figurines too and the Queens Diamond Jubilee figurine is the perfect addition to the collection.
The figure depicts the young Queen in more formal dress, wearing the George IV state crown along with the blue sash and star of the Order of the Garter.
Skilfully crafted each piece is beautifully decorated using the precious metals of gold and platinum which give her a rich and majesterial look.
We have already received good interest and sales of the Jubilee Queen and the figure is sure to become a collectable heirloom of the future.
The Retail price is £145
