It is that time of year as everyone frantically rushes around trying to buy last minute Christmas presents.
The weather has caused serious delivery disruption across the country with many couriers both delivering to us and to our customers, playing catch up on the back log.
We are doing everything we can to get your orders to you on time but we cannot make any delivery guarantees on behalf of the courier, particularly if the weather closes in again Christmas week.
If we have your order in stock it will leave us and you will receive an email that it is on the way. You can follow it’s progress by tracking it on the couriers website which is regularly updated.
If we do not have your order in stock we will advise you as soon as we can with either an alternate or an anticipated delivery schedule.
Please bear with us, we are experiencing unprecedented levels of orders, up over 50% on last year! coming into us, most of which we are fulfilling I am pleased to say.
