We have just been advised by Waterford Crystal that they are discontinuing the Stuart Crystal brand and so this is your last chance to buy the Stuart Shaftesbury range. We have had Tumblers on order since December and they are still showing as on back order but on repeated chasing they cannot locate the stock in Ireland - yet!  We are continuing to pursue but the longer it goes on the less likely we are to get the stock. See below information on a very good alternative.

We have been concerned at the neglect shown to the Stuart Crystal brand since Waterford took it over. Rather than seek to market and improve the ranging thay have simply decided to bury it which is a great shame for a brand which started making crystal glassware over 200 years ago!

VERY GOOD REPLACEMENT FOR STUART SHAFTESBURY

For those of you looking for alternatives to Shaftesbury I would recommned the Royal Scot Sandringham glasses range which is hand cut in Stourbridge, England.
The cutting is identical the difference between the Sandringham and the Shaftesbury glass range is the height and the stem is not facet cut. The Tumblers will be a very good match.
