Item is exactly what you'd expect it to be. That's fine. Denby is a fantastic maker of tableware and the stoneware is a particularly sturdy line of products with a good use ability. Having ordered lots of Internet items recently, I am in a position to appreciate Havens packaging as being the best received. This is important as it lessens the likelihood of having to return or deal with their customer services unnessarily as I have so often done. Other major high street department stores may learn lessons here.
